## Description

When you add a directory feed block and set the posts per page to a number greater than 100, it produces a query error and behavior becomes unstable.

## Expected behavior

The directory feed should cap the input for posts per page at 100 and the PHP should validate the posts per page number and set it to 100 if the value is higher.

## How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. Add a directory feed
2. Change the posts per page setting to 200
3. Open browser dev tools and look in console to see error

## Describe the Issue and the Expected Behavior
Using a directory feed block I am able to get it to successfully pull by filtering by the TAG for some directory feed blocks but not all. It appears it MIGHT have something to do with the length of the tag name. Smaller tag names like "Leadership" or "Deans office" work no problem but "Advertising &amp; Public Relations" and any of the rest I use in our directory feed seem to be pulling ALL people regardless of tag. 

## How to reproduce
Create a group. 
In that group add a directory feed block. 
Make it "wide width"
BLOCK SETTINGS: Heading level: H3, Layout: Grid, Metadata: all but "excerpt" and "location", SORT BY: First name, FILTERS: category: empty, Tag: Advertising &amp; Public Relations, DISPLAY: post per page: 200

Directory Feed Block not pulling in correct tagged elements

## Description

If merged, this PR will fix issue of Directory Feed taxonomies filter

## How to test
1. Dashboard -> Directory -> Directory Categories / Directory Tags  -> Add categories with long name
2. Dashboard -> Directory -> Add Person -> add few records and assign new categories
3. Page -> Add Directory Feed -> and filter categories -> preview page
4. Directory Page -> on the left sidebar -> check the categories and tags page records should be sorted by last name

Directory Feed taxonomies filter issue fixed

1. Issue with getting filtered categories to populate when using directory module on a page. It did this with three categories: Curriculum and Instruction; Educational Leadership, Policy, and Technology Studies; and Educational Studies in Psychology, Research Methodology, and Counseling. I was able to create shorter categories and slugs (Curriculum, ELPTS, and ESPRMC) in order to get them to filter and populate. However, it appears that if the title or slug is long, it will not work. Even without hyphens or special characters. Was never able to get slug "curriculum-instruction" to work.
2. When using categories on the left side on main directory, listings are in order from most recently posted not by last names. Can we fix?

When highlighting block and trying to filter by category in block settings, three of them will not work: Curriculum & Instruction (curriculum-and-instruction) ; Educational Leadership, Policy, and Technology Studies (educational-leadership-policy-technology-studies); and Educational Studies in Psychology, Research Methodology, and Counseling (educational-studies-in-psychology-research-methodology-and-counseling). Directory Module Issue

I forwarded some emails from Education about issues they're having with the directory system. I'm not sure if the attachment sent, but here is what it said:

Bullets 2 and 3 just may not be features currently. The first issue seems to be happening on categories with longer names, but that may be a coincidence.
