WP Theme 3.2.0

Linkbox has empty p element

Closes #355 

The grid view works fine for the Query Loop block in the twenty-twenty-four theme, Harper, and Theme Version 1. This bug seems to have been caused by the residual HTML template files left over from the previous iteration of the theme before everything was converted to PHP templates. These files are somehow interfering with the core inline block styles (on the front end) that are loaded to assign the correct number of columns to the dynamic grid layout in the Post Template block.

## Description

This may be a core WP bug, but it looks like some CSS isn't being applied to the query loop block when grid view is selected and columns are set to more than one.

## Additional information

I think we should determine if this is a core wordpress problem or if its something our theme is doing. I didn't see any styles being loaded for the class `columns-3` but I don't think we should write CSS to fix this since it isn't out block.


Query Loop not displaying columns

## Description

The media-text block uses padding to add space between the media and the text. It applies this to both sides of the text area, causing content to be misaligned.

Content in a media-text block should line up with the other content before and after it

Use gap for media/text instead of padding

## Description

On pages that use a hero, the H1 gets hidden, but this doesn't remove the margin-top from what is technically the second child of the page content. This causes the sidebar and content to appear slightly out of alignment.

The page content and sidebar should line up evenly at the top

Remove top margin from first element when h1 is hidden

## Description

When the More block is added to a page or post, it will get margin added above it.

## Expected behavior

This block should not have any spacing applied to it

More Block has padding that causes extra space between content

## Description

Text can overflow the description field of the LinkBox block making it difficult to edit that content.

## Expected behavior
The description box should grow to fit all text, or be larger by default with the ability to scroll.

Heading text wraps by individual letter on certain screen sizes rather than some form of intelligent wrapping.

## Description
We use a third-party vendor called Siteimprove to test accessibility, QA and other things with our sites. Siteimprove and internal testing confirmed the following errors:

1. Skip-to-main-content link (or something equivalent for screen readers) is missing
2. Missing page titles
3. No focus on accordions

All the errors are pretty self-explanatory, but I will mention the page titles and accordion errors. The page titles appear visually, but the <title> label is missing on the back end. For the accordions, you can navigate through the page with just the keyboard, but without the visible indication of which accordion you're on, you're basically guessing.

## Expected behavior

Skip-to-main: Upon page load, the user should be able to tab and skip to the main content of the page, bypassing the nav links.
Page titles: There should be <title> within the <head> element of each page.
Accordions: A subtle blue border should appear around the tabbed accordion.

## How to reproduce

For errors 1 and 3, steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. Go to any page with theme 3.1 in use. For the accordions example, https://access.ua.edu/faq/ will work
2. Hit Tab to attempt to skip to the main content of the page or until you reach the accordions. Keep hitting Tab until you reach the desired accordion. (Notice you won't know which accordion you're on.)
