update active person on page load for contact card block

## Description

The Contact card when used to pull an item from the directory, is only updated at the time the person is selected. This means that if the content changes, the user would have to go to each place where this block was used and manually update them.

## Expected behavior

All contact card information should be up-to-date with the data present in the site Directory, regardless of publish time.

## How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. Create a person record in the site directory. Fill out some of the data and save.
2. Create a new page
3. Add the Contact Card block
4. Select a person from the directory
5. Save page & publish
6. Go back to person record and change one of the attributes
7. Re-check the published page to see nothing has changed
8. Go back to edit the published page to see nothing has changed in the editor
9. Select a different person in the Contact Card block, then re-select the person you just modified
10. See that the data is now updated
11. Publish page & see that the published page now has the updated information

Contact card only updates on reselection

## Description

NEWLY CREATED sidebar menus are no longer appearing under the Sidebar Content dropdown. The dropdown only shows older created menus. 

## Expected behavior

When a new menu is created, it should become immediately available under the "Sidebar Menu" dropdown of the Page Settings block. 

## How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. Go to any theme running version 3.2.4
2. Create a new menu for testing
3. Attempt to add the new menu under the page setting block.
4. See issue

Heading text wraps by individual letter on certain screen sizes rather than some form of intelligent wrapping.

A plugin to determine best-case hyphenation and wrapping, or enabling the \&shy; character or \<wbr> element within the WordPress code editor for manual insertion
