 If merged, this PR will fix bug on Directory Feed. The bug was because Tags api was fetching limited records, now 100 records are fetched.

Dashboard -> New Page -> Add Directory Feed

There should be more than 10 tags In the Directory -> Directory Tags

## Describe the Issue and the Expected Behavior
I have been playing with the directory a bit more (mostly adding people in a variety of categories and tags so I have something to work with) but I cannot get the directory feed to let me modify it on the backend. I keep seeing an error that says "This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed."  I have these on the people page (https://dev-cis.ua.edu/people/) right now but I cannot find a solution to make them work. They display fine when I preview the page but I cannot edit on the back end. Any suggestions? I have tried both firefox and safari. Same result.

Directory feed error on the backend. "This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed."

## Description

When adjusting font weight in the editor, the active value is not listed after selecting from the dropdown. It does adjust the weight. It just doesn't show as selected and instead always shows "Default."

## Expected behavior

The active weight should be listed in the dropdown box when selected.

## How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. Go to a page
2. Add a heading
3. Click the 3 dots by Typography in the block settings bar and select "Font Weight"
4. Select a font weight from the dropdown
5. See that "default" remains listed even though the selected weight is actually applied

Font weight dropdown selection doesn't update

## Description

NEWLY CREATED sidebar menus are no longer appearing under the Sidebar Content dropdown. The dropdown only shows older created menus. 

## Expected behavior

When a new menu is created, it should become immediately available under the "Sidebar Menu" dropdown of the Page Settings block. 

## How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. Go to any theme running version 3.2.4
2. Create a new menu for testing
3. Attempt to add the new menu under the page setting block.
4. See issue
